Used Book Tables Are Still Available But Going Fast

SET UP:

One side of the gym will be used for new vendors and the other side of the gym will be for used vendors. There will be a wall between the two sides.

We will now be able to have both new and used vendors set up Friday or Saturday, as we have access to the church both days.

Set up Friday is by appointment. Let me know what time of the day you would like to set up and we will make arrangements to accommodate you.  We can arrange for a helper for you if you would like help with loading and unloading your boxes. You can pay the student $10-$15 for their help.

The only problem we have this year in the new building is that although  we have a much larger space, and it is a better set up, we do not have access to many rectangular tables- so all rectangular tables will be given to  the new vendors. We will endeavor to purchase more rectangular tables with any proceeds from the sale. Used vendors will receive two round  tables for $10. If you have your own rectangular table you want to bring then you will only pay $5 to compensate for the inconvenience this year. We hope to rectify this situation in the coming years.
I will need payment to confirm your intention of participation. 


EXTRA INFORMATION:
 
In addition to the book vendors, we will have a room for those vendors who
sell Mary Kay, Tupperware, and Pampered Chef products. An additional room
is set aside for Clothes and Crafts that will be for sale.
